		<description>I keep meaning to comment on this.  I have a lot of the same requirements you do and have found JC Penny&#039;s to be pretty good for some brightly colored, cute shirts.  You think it&#039;s hard when they are little, but once they hit 12 months it becomes almost impossible.  Macy&#039;s has a line called Greendog that&#039;s usually good for a couple of shirts as well.</description>

Try LLBean, Land&#039;s End, and Nordstrom. They all tend to have good, gender neutral baby clothes for not too much money.
