Be careful what you ask

Me, somewhat anxiously: What’s that in your mouth P’ito?

He, opening wide and displaying a lovely yellow thing on his tongue: It’s a booger, Mama!

Me: Well, I guess that’s not a choking hazard…

  1. LOL!

  2. Seriously, What’s up with that?

On more than one occasion, I’ve seen my daughter rather deliberately stick her finger in her nose, remover her pacifier, and then stick her finger in her mouth.

    Is this “natural”?
Clearly we haven’t taught her this.
I’ve seen no signs of it in her brother.
Did I used to do this?
When does this “habit” go away?

    Slightly mind-boggling.

  3. Priceless!
