Yeah, this got me too. Sarah Palin MAY end up to be a good advocate for special needs kids, but after less than a year, she is far from being an expert. I think McCain may have referred to autism because there are lots more kids with autism than Down’s (I think anyway) and it’s a hot topic that freaks people out.

Yes but Down Syndrome and Autism are in cahoots, you know, in the Axis of Evil, right in there with the A-rabs. We need to smoke ’em out of their holes, tell them Enough Is Enough! This is America they’re messin with, doggonit!
